Frank is a Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran’s Dispute Resolution team. He originally qualified as an engineer and had a 20-year career in the communications and computer hardware industries before joining Mason Hayes & Curran. He advises a wide range of clients engaged in commercial disputes primarily relating to restructuring and insolvency, communications regulation and sanctions. Frank has extensive experience of advising lenders in relation to strategic issues arising from judgments and statutory developments that require changes to processes or enforcement strategy. He has been the lead litigation/insolvency advisor on the sales of and bids for a number of significant loan portfolios.
