Shaula has practiced in civil law for 18 years, specialising in finance and security law, banking, land law, corporate insolvency, bankruptcy and general chancery and commercial proceedings. Shaula acts on behalf of most lenders, funds and the Revenue in a wide variety of proceedings to recover debt, including by way of enforcement of mortgages, receiverships, liquidation, examinerships and bankruptcy in addition to her general civil practice.
