Úna is a senior counsel whose principal practice area is commercial law with an emphasis on complex and high-value cases in specialist areas of law, including financial services (banking and insurance law), taxation and pensions law. Úna advises Irish and international clients on contentious and advisory matters and has experience working on multi-jurisdictional litigation. Úna is a member of The Irish Financial Services Appeals Tribunal, the quasi-judicial body with statutory powers to hear and determine appeals from certain decisions of the Central Bank of Ireland.
