John Breslin SC

John Breslin SC is Chair of the FSBA, and practices in the areas of banking, financial services and insolvency law. He is the original author of the leading text on Banking Law in Ireland (now in its fourth edition). John has appeared in numerous important cases at High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court levels, and before the European Court of Justice. He regularly appears as expert witness as to Irish Banking and Securities Law in overseas proceedings. John is also a regular speaker at the Cambridge International Symposium of Economic Crime, and at the King's Inns and UCD as guest lecturer.
