Mark Harty was called to the bar in 1996 and to the inner bar in 2012. He has a wide-ranging practice encompassing civil, employment, regulatory law and criminal law and has a particular interest in administrative law and media law. He is a passionate believer in the independent referral bar and the value of its advocacy skills regardless of the legal context in which they are to be applied. In the last twelve months he has appeared before the Superior Courts, the Circuit Criminal Court, the WRC, Labour Court, various professional regulatory bodies and IFSAT.
